Would these get me through my first grow?

Just looking for some nutes to get me through my first grow. Its confusing as all fuck...

What do you guys use?? Im going to be growing in coco and perlite...

The more I read about nutes, the more I get confused...I need something thats pretty straight forward

Really depends on how many, how long you plan to veg for and your set up i.e. run to waste or recycled. To answer your question though for a small sized personal space they should last the run.

Im just goin to go 1-2 under a 600w MH + HID...Maybe veg for 4-6... And its gonna be run to waste...One of those sets alone would cover my N, P and K right? More-so for eg. if I was having N deficiencies I could correct the prob with just one of these nutes? If that makes sense? Sorry, im real nooby in the nutrient section...

Your  fist link is to :- CANNA FLORES & VEGA A&B 4X1 LITRE HYDROPONICS NUTRIENT  - canna  nutes are more  ecxpensive and you don't  wantg  hydroponic  you want  and need  "coco" specific  nutrients.   Theey are made for  that "medium"

 

Your  second link is to :- GENERAL HYDROPONICS FLORA SERIES 946ML -  the  Flore  means  Flower which is  the  secont 'stage of   your  full grow.

These are not good together and  I don't recommend either of these.

 

I  won't run your selection down without providing you with a  little basics info about growing and  nutrients.  

 

1)  there  are  two  stages  in  a life of  a mj plant "Veg" (18/6 refering to minimal light period for the stages)  and  "Flower" (12/12  meaning 12 hrs of complete dartkness and  12 hrs of light).

 

2)  you  need  a  2  stage  nutient VEG (Veg range) and  flower (Flores range). Best to look  at usual minimal 1 lt  bottles   x 2 for  each of  the  trwso full grow cycle consisting of  vegatative (18/6) and flower (12/12).

 

Try the  "House  and  Garden Coco range both Flores  and  Veg to  cover a full range.  If you lucky  your local hardware  has  them  at a  good price or  a decewn online  hydro  store  like  discount   hyydroponics.

 

"Nutrifield Coco"  range is  cool  toooooo !

Yeh I got germ, veg and flower stages down pat...MH for veg, HPS for flower...Ordering my fan and carbon air filter in the next week or so but all that shit has been hella easy to get my head around but it all comes down to medium and nutes now and then im basically set to go...Not even sure if im gonna go with coco...possibly peat moss + perlite...Its a bit overwhelming once you get to the nutes and mediums for indoor.

 

Isnt the GH 3 part product in the link covering all stages of the grow? Or is it that its just not suitable for coco? What would you suggest for nute and medium for first time indoor grow?

Coco requires specific Coco Nutes, assuming Coco will be at least 50% of the mix.

 

If you want the best use Canna Coco A & B. and Canna's PK 13/14 for a week during early flowering.

Cannazym is also recommended along with some sort of root supplement, like Rhizotonic or Seasol.

 

Canna's instructions are very simple yet specific.

 

Nutrifield & House and Garden are also fine.

I like flairforms 1 part nute. Easy to use ( no mixing required) have used it indoor in perlite and outdoor in coco:perlite

If you go for peat. Canna Tera with the canna terra 1 part nutes

Cocos has a natural form of pottasium in the substrate, ideally, you want to source a nutrient with an NPK that can account for this. I'm not saying eliminate the K, just lower it a tad. Hope this helps.

Coco doesnt require coco-specific nutrients. You can use straight hydroponic nutrients with coco no problems... You can feed nearly anything to a coco medium...
