Feeling pretty rested already and life has been good, minor exceptions aside. Looking forward to Nimbin.

Upon searching Hansard discovered that on the 1st of April the Hon Dr Peter Wong MLC of the Unity Party asked Michael Egan (representing the Premier in the Upper House) why the trial was taking so long to get up and running. He also asked about eligibility criteria based on political rather than medical reasoning (exclusion of minors & persons on bail, parole or in prison).

The Minister claimed he could not hear the question (lots of interjections & general rabblerousing) and said he will read Hansard and answer later. :D

I wrote to Dr Wong and thanked him for his support. I have discovered that politicians, like everyone else, likes a pat on the back occaisionally.
