Evicted For Growing?

In my case, the estate agent was informed and I was evicted. This was back in the 90's.

Where you done for just growing or growing and supply.

If the cops roll through my house and find my 2 plants, is it guaranteed that it will get back to the real estate/landlord if im renting my property? I am taking all the proper precautions in setting up my room like carbon air filter and insulation and what not but my girlfriend who I live with is freaking out about getting booted out. On the off chance I do get busted do you think if she says she didnt know she will get the boot too or just me? Its gonna be padlocked away with only my key getting in. Its in a storage room at the back of my garage so its not in the house.

 

Does anybody know the procedures for this kind of thing or have any experience with the consequences? Its strictly for personal use and my girl dont even smoke! What do you guys think?

 

I can't help but say if your gf is not comfortable with it in the end one or the other has to go.

Both time the law came through my place they never said boo to the the realestate.

 

I asked the copper at the time he said to me that they where because i broke the law not because i rent it up to me to tell the realestate not them.

 

In saying that not all coppers will be smae if they want be real dogs they could inform the realestate, odds are they wont but there is all ways thant chance...

That has put my mind at rest a fair bit. Like I said its not going to be like...'Coppers roll in and the garage is full of plants' Its only gonna be 1-2 max, so its gonna be obvious with no scales, baggies or anything around that its just a personal smoke. God forbid if I did get caught they would just charge me and thats it.

 

Did you ask them if they were going to tell the real estate? Where im at the coppers are fair nice so hopefully if I did get a run through they would just do what they gotta fo and be on with it...No real estate involvement...

 

Its not fuckin fair the bullshit laws in Australia...All I want is some preemo smoke for once Not this backyard bullshit everyone seems to have...

 hey im in a rental playing hide and seek with the realastate .when I left my grow tent out wich I was too lazy to pack away and  wont do that again. the inspection person said if they see grow lights they have to ring the police this was roughly a year ago now.

Yeh I just had an inspection last week so wont be seeing them for at least 6 months and when they have came past to inspect they didnt go in the garage lettalone the storage room in the garage More-so worried bout the jacks telling the real estate then getting the boot out the property...

hey i have moved property since then to another rental im still growing just got to wait till I have my next inspection any week now then turn to flower. I hate being in a rental cant flower until there gone plus I like to grow my plants like trees wich are hard to move

Anyone with any experience in rentals please post. Trying to gather as much info on this as possible...

it's a case by case thing mate. When I first moved out of home the property manager smelt it on his first inspection, so we had some billy's with him.. sweet as...  weren't growing then though.  At the same house we used to get the lawns mowed as part of the contract and the lawnmower bloke left a little patch of shin high grass underneath the kitchen window, when I checked it out there was little plant growing hard right in the middle of it. I guess the lawn mower guy just couldn't bear to run over the wild little thing..
