I use superthrive, it's only used in the veg cycle. I don't know what's in it though, Hope this helps a bit.

I dont use during flore because imho it does not make any differance once the plant is in flore and well established

 

I mainly used it as a tonic for cuttings and veg growth. My vegie growth is only 7 days max.

 

It does seen to make the plants grow a little faster and the cutts root a couple of days quicker - overall the plants ive used it with are slighty more stress resistant.

 

The mums seem to like it aswell - they seen to recover slightly more quicker when raping them for cutts.

 

This is only my personal experiance - but ive noticed some strains it does not make any differance at all. Trial and error is the only way to test these products.

 

One strain by BOG - called bogglegum- it made a huge differance to rooting the cutts. Another strain by Dutch Passion - called Delta9 - it made no differance to rooting cutts.

 

But it has never had a bad effect on my plants, so I use it all the time.

you know guys I've been using super thrive fro some time now

& I 2 have been told never to use it in flowering .... but DJ shorts book says he uses it throughout the growing process ..

so I'm giving it ashot on a few of my plants ..

im using superthrive this grow and i dont much like it.

been using nutriboost (with the canna range) for the last few years and i realy liked the stuff, the local THC (the hydro company) shut down so i am now stuck with superthrive.

nutriboost and superthrive both have the hormone 1naa (1-naphthyl acetic acid ) as the main active ingredient, nutriboost other than that is vitimans and plants seem to love it.

i agree it works wonders to stressed or depressed plant but to see what happens when u use it too much, have a look in my first indoor grow diary in my sig, i used it during flowering too much and have a look at the results

ive been a fan of superthrive for a long time, its a good tonic for cuttings, clones, and plants under veg,

If you use it during flower it will lengthen the time it takes to mature fully,

i think this is due to superthrive being a health/growth type additive, a flowering plant is at the end of its life cycle normaly, and your giving it chems to make it think it needs to grow up spread more roots and stimulate overall plant growth,
