HI all,

 

I've found on a Facebook site someone from the UK that mails Marijuana internationally, so my question is: what would happen to me if the package was picked up in Aust by the authorities e.g. would I be charged with Importing?

 

Ok I pretty much know everyone will say that I'm an idiot for buying over the Internet and I'm well aware there's a high chance that once they've received my money I'll never hear from them again, so let's put that aside because what I really wont to know is what are the consequences of ordering Marijuana (one ounce) and it getting intercepted?

I think you'd get reemed out at a federal level, ie. more severely than if the local cop busted you with an Oz. Probably importation of a drug of dependence or something like that.

 

You'd probably have better luck just asking random stoner looking types in the street if they can hook you up than getting it mailed from OS.

 

Or even better, order some seeds from OS and grow your own.

do they send MJ or MJ seeds big difference....if ya sending ppl cash in the UK to buy actuall weed ill call that plain stupid.....if ya sending cash for seeds id say thats smart as long as ya getting em sent to an address where ya not growing

 

and getting doen with pot international mail is probably a federal offence....ya better off going ya local cop shop[ and asking them for a hookup

There is canandian mail express cannabis service. That mails cannabis legally to people. I often wonder how these people operate functionally. The same can be said for silk road.

 

It would seam getting hold of drugs is easier then ever, despite law enforcements efforts to eradicate all sources.

Hey boohiss,

 

Dumb idea to import drugs.

If you get caught the authorities would be more interested in how much you have imported before that was un-detected

they would be thinking this is the first time they have caught you.

Not the kind of heat I would like as you might end up with a 'pig-dog' sniffing up your arse everywhere you move for quite sometime.

Not to mention they will be expecting you to lead them to other people involved in what they believe is illegal.

Ok so if I'm reading the responses correctly, you guys think its a good idea.......joking of course, I really don't have any connections so the search continues.

If you really can't find weed locally, to the point you are considering buying online and importing from overseas, then maybe you should consider Silk Road.  I looked into it at one stage but decided it wasn't worth the hassle of setting bitcoins or whatever the fuck it's called, and all the other crap, except for TOR browser which I did think was worth having.  But, at least with Silk Road you can buy from Aussie suppliers, and you still get home delivery.  Of course there's still some risk with dope in the mail domestically, but if the sender knows what they are doing it's not that high, and lets face it, rocking up to a dealers house carries the risk that they are under surveillance and the cops then get to know about you anyway.  Failing that I suppose you could always offer some teenage douchebag $50 to introduce you to a dealer
