Hemp-lined, portable mini haus with big charm

Recommended Posts

It is good to see hemp being put to good use, especially considering hemp was the real product of concern when the yanks originally decided to demonise pot.

You gotta love a Sydney's Northern Beaches residents idea of small budget, $180,000, poor bastards are really doing it tough.

lol yeah, You can buy a 3br house for less than that is some Rural centers; last time I checked, seems more and more are learning how good life is inland, the cheep houses wont stick around for long.

I would like to chuck another $150,000 at something, and rent it out at $250pw minimum. Wont be long before renting for less than $300pw will be a thing of the past. The minimum repayments on $150000 wont be much over $250, if it is you negatively gear the property and still get $$ next tax time.

It seems hte only ppl who dont make money are the ones who dont spend it right. I rekkon they use fear to keep you in your box.

So if you've got an income of some sort OR qualifications eg Deisel mechanics will always be treated like royalty in a rural location, then go west young man

:D

Title should read "Yuppie Couple fleeced $180,000 for a transportable extension to their house" lol . Geebus, love it when rich Architect types find a renewable housing source and turn it into a fashion statement....... there in lies the problem...... something good turned into something good to make money on..........

Peace. Nibbler
