What type of nutrients do you use, how much are they, are they worth it and how much do you pay?

 

I use Growrite (liquid A+ for veg and Budrite (liquid A+ for flowering. They are Australian made and they have a glossy picture of a bud on the label, I also use Add Bud during flowering: http://www.fasthydro.com.au/index.html check them out, at $20 they are cheap and good quality.

I use dutchfest grow and bloom. i find it very good, mind you its only my second grow. so i have nothing to compare it with. it about 20 bucks for 1 litre and 65 bucks for 5 litres. during grow i use superthrive and during bloom i use megabud plus as additives.

I buy my nutrients straight from the factory not far from where I live.

The guy who runs the show knows what I need it for and makes me a special brew in his spare time (I suspect he grows mj as well).

It comes in a 5kg pack of assorted nutrients in powder form (all nutrients start off this way). Cost is thirty bucks and all I have to do is add water and it makes 20 litres, 10 litres part A and 10 litres part B. I can afford to spill a few drops now and then The guy adds the extra magnesium so there is no need to add epsom salts.

Having your nutes made up custom by a professional at the factory. You couldn't do any better than that could ya? Sheeesh, half ya luck.

 

I use Green Haze, it's a very strong concenrate, so it goes further. If you use the scale on the bottle, of so many Mls per Litre, you're sure to seriously injure the plants. So be sure to measure the strength yourself.

 

Standard two part mix, a different one for veg and for flower. $25 a set.

I couldn't get the Green Haze one day, so I gave this stuf a whirl. It's called DUTCH MASTER, again a two part concentrate of around the same price. $23 I think. Again a diferent set for veg and for flower.

 

I don't know why they call it Dutch MAster, I believe it's made up somewhere in Australia, South Aus. I think I heard. I guess any name to catch ya eye.

i use Amsterdam indoors A+B for veg and A+B for flower also Gt coco enhancement A+B veg and flower.+ additive of mega bud and o2 plus. at www.grow.com.au and www.hydroshop.com.au

hey all,

Im using canna coco,its 80$ for 5 litres but theres no veg/flo its all in one. I also use cannazym (beneficial bacteria), superthrive and pk 13-14 as a flowering additive. They recommend you use 5 ml per litre of a+b all the way thru but i would recommend half that for veg and upto 3/4 by 5th week of flower. Having one base mix is alot easier.

 

A note for any using coco try cocopeat.com.au as the medium is ready to use and no need for flush to clean. Pretty cheap too
