Cannabis And testosterone production

has anyone had any promblems withj testosterone production and rem sleep cycle

Hi Tokyokush I have heard of such things and have had such problems over the years. When hitting the smoke daily, compared to having periods of abstinence, I will have no memory of dreams whereas when I'm straight I will have prolific dreams. I have spoken to drs about the testosterone thing and marijuana can lead to reduced levels. I've even had man boobs which are apparently caused by this. I just close my eyes tweak my nipples and pretend I'm a girl.

I believe cannabis suppresses REM sleep (which I have experienced many times).

 

I've also read that it increases the production of the female hormone estrogen in men. Which can make men emotionally sensitive and develop man boobs over time.

talk to your doctor about testagel which is a paint based testosterone gel. I take it due to lowered hormone levels since I have been on pain killers too long so it is worth a look.
