Here's a bunch of similar articles though.

 

It seems they forgot about recruitment costs. With recruitment agencies around the world charging stupid amounts for shitty service and crap resume vetting, they're costing companies too much for something that was easily done in-house in the past for a very low amount.

 

....and don't talk to me about the pain of sorting through 100 resumes when the recruiters hardly do a decent job of it anyway. Unless you find that hidden gem of a recruiter, but they still charge you stupid amounts for their services
