Just read the article above - theres probably more news articles about it but this is the first one I found.

 

Seems the owner [a seedbank] of the overgrow.com has turned off the lights for thousands of growers.

It really helps if you read an article properly before making remarks as to what the article is saying

 

In this article there is nothing said about Overgrow.com closing down but rather the closing down of sites that are US Senator domain names that have linked themselves to Overgrow.com without the permission of the Webmaster of Overgrow.com

 

the Webmaster of Overgrow.com contacted the registrar of the domain names to complain and these sites have been closed. Apparently the same group that bought these domain names (Friends of Chantal) have done the same thing in the past linking US Senator names to controversial sites.

Woops, I didnt see the article was 3 months old - I was fooled by the date at the top and because overgrow.com is down right now. My nuts are numb today.

I second that notion. Whatever it is you are smoking I want some WB. Reading that article was a real letdown. Those wankers at Overgrow getting shut down would have made my day. I joined their board a few days ago. My second post evaporated when I clicked send and I was given this friggin stupid 'Are you sure? crap. Bloody assholes. Clicked back and had a clean slate. Couldn't be fucked typing it all out again. I'll never waste the effort there again. OS rocks and OG can kiss my furry butt.
