Growth stimulants

I put that photo into photoshop and it appears that the manufacturer was B.A.C  online  http://www.baconline.co.uk/en/index.php

You have probably already found the following but I noted that they all claim the proiduct is natural and can be used for organic farming and cannabis is specificaly mentioned in at least one so I doubt there would be much risk in using it.

Oh as an after thought concentrated forms of anything can be corrosive so that may well be true. I had a totally organic product here I bought a couple of years ago for the garden but didnt use called "Xfacta" which I only recently found out says in very small print use within 6 months of manufacture, there was no date so I contacted the manufacturer who basically said DONT use it. Not sure why other than maybe the natural compounds perhaps decompose and may become harmful to the plant or people?

Most growers use indole at some stage... usually cloning as it's a common rooting hormone. Indole acetic acid is more effective but unstable and has a relatively short shelf life... indole butric is more stable and the usual active ingredient in rooting powders and gels.

I get mine from Bunnings, use it at germination and after potting up... works a treat if you are looking to boost root development.

If the stuff you nicked is more than 6 months old, ditch it and get some plant starter from the big B.

I always use purple Clonex but have been caught without any a few times. Those times I have gone ahead without using anything and actually haven't noticed any difference, healthy roots appear out of the rockwool cubes between 7 and 15 days with a 90% success rate whichever way I have gone.

That said it's not worth taking the chance that all will go ok without using Clonex,

I'm not convinced using these products actually helps develop root growth or speeds anything up, it's more about keeping fungus and disease away from the cutting.

Ive got this stuff to stick my seeds in. X seed. Your supposed to soak for 60 minutes. Then plant.

I havent tried it yet and I can't find a thing about the product.

I have used it and wouldnt bother, didnt notice any difference as I always have a high germination and success rate. Maybe it does help old seeds though?
