When To Harvest!

G'day Guyz and Gurlz,

It's been a while since i have made a post and my first harvest is coming up. I would just like to know when i should harvest? what should i be looking for in the buds

So to cure basically you put them in a glass jar with a good air tight seal and leave them for ages ?

Might try that..?

Do they have to be dried first or is that done in the curing process?

Dry them first for about a week then cure. Open the jar daily for 15 mins to release moisture and if you smell mould [ammonia/catpiss smell] then take them out to dry a bit more and look for any mouldy bud to throw away [probably wont happen if theyre loosely packed and theyre not wet].

I harvested early a few weeks ago and smoked it all before it was good to cure - they had a nice taste at the end of the week - peppery. I got just under 2oz of bud off mine - could have gotten about 4 if I harvested now heh.

I'm eager to try this curing method see if its as good as its made out to be! Might try the Vanilla idea as well! bit of a novelty!
