Ph Level Fucked Up

Recommended Posts

I had a few problemes with my plants, the leaves on one started to like Burn off. I havent feed it any nuts yet, PLant is 4 weeks old, and is in a 6 inch pot, water almost eveyday (lightly) But i left a spary bottle, with water in it, on my roof for about 2 days. Then i watered the plant, with the spray bottle. 2 days later, i saw the burning, could this be cause from algea build up in the water, because i left the water out in the sun for a couple of days.

also what is a good water ph, i tested the water, and it was around 7.5 to 8, I think thats kinda high, so i tested my tap water and it came back around 6.5 to 7. so i am gussing it was algea bulid up

I use 14 14 14 potting mix, mixed with my compose pill. The plants recieve plenty of sunlight, about 12 hours and 12 hours dark. temps- High around 28 C and low around 19 C. Would is a good time to trim, so i get 2 heads. :D

any advice would help

how you doing TY?, mate your tap water is near enough to neutral. your plant is young for an outdoor grow as its getting late in the day so to speak. my first job would be to pot it up into at least a 10" pot and some nice planting mix. rose planting mix is fair grouse gear, if youve only got the one pot you dont need too much gear laying around...probably repot it straight away and cut the top out of it after a few days of settling down (this is subject to much conjecture no doubt but well try to keep it simple see). once the plant picks up a bit, youll need to give a light feed, something to promote good flowering...yeah, you just gotta go little steps at a time and well get it happening.

the burning you mentioned, please tell us more about that. the water should of been OK though, sunlight usually cleans water to a point (evaporates chlorine etc).

Anyways, pot it up and see how it fares over the next few days. tell us how things go mate.

well i looked closer to the burning and i saw what appered to be a small type of cenipeed or worm, was eating my leaves.

i dont know how he mannaged to get up on my roof, but... i think that was the cause.

Whatever kind of bug it came from probably flew onto your plant to lay the egg which the offending centrepede/worm came from :D .

Anyway glad to hear it's not too serious :D

Keep us updated :D

Peace
