6 weeks into flower should I worry (pics included)

Recommended Posts

AK-47 would be my first guess, maily due to the shape of the colas.

I can see the afghani heritage in her somewhat but she's not a pure afghani, i'd guess ... purely speculation ... it looks haze-ish also ..... maybe afghani haze hybrid or similiar.

As mentioned, quite difficult to determine..... merely guesswork..

peace n pot,

PS:-  dont push her so hard in the beginning of bloom next time ...

ID say the yellowing is cause ya buds r sucking up the nutes from the leaves also and this is normal, and the burnt tips look abit like nute burn, since ya in week 6 persuming ya only going 8 weeks id just start flushing her now n let her finish.

Gona be some nice buds mate :)

If the leaves start getting brown spots and dying off you may have something like a magnesium or calcium deficiency. I had the same thing recently during flower. I bought some Cal-Mag which I've used at 5ml per litre.

After a week on that it looks like mine are back to health.

The way you tell it's magnesium deficiency is if only the leaves catching the most light are degrading, or degrading faster. Magnesium is the main thing needed for photosynthesis in your plants' leaves. So, your plant uses up all it can and without magnesium (I must add that's its more than just Mg but this is what is needed for your plant to absorb other goodies etc etc) it can't replenish the chlorophyll hence goes yellow eventually dying. Leaves lower down aren't getting as much light hence aren't using up their available stores as quickly.

Not sure if this helps. Have spent 2 weeks researching magnesium deficiencies....lol

Heya Gypsey, better ventilation will help agains mould. More fans in area and better exhausting of warm , hot air.....

And Ferrethead, I love it when someone uses Google to find 'knowledge' , then spews it up on site, when its not even applicable........ lol

Plants in late flower yellow off, leaves die, that and a lil over feeding cause that sorta problem easy, as PPG said.

If ya getting problems with mould, you need to flow air round the buds, oscilating fans and exhaust fans need to be on 24/7.

Peace. Nibbler.

Ive kinda got the humidity under control put a bigger fan inside the tent and opened all the vents, both fans running 24/7 now and I have a dehumidifer running at lights out.

I have to agree with the hash nibbler im too far gone for cal mag help. I think the problem originally was to much nutes since the flush they`ve been doing fine.

Cant wait to harvest. Cheers Gipsey
