*Using a syringe for filling the caps is a must for accuracy and cleanliness, but the syringe part can be improvised ;); you're a stoner, you know you'll come up with something...

I'm going to try and use a straw to fill the caps with, suck up a bit of oil, hold finger over end of straw then release end and oil will go into the capsule (she hopes).

A catheter tipped syringe (syringe with a pointy end) will set you back less than a dollar at the chemist. Using a straw as a pipette sounds very messy to me.

Some other things of note:

Don't use Vegetarian Capsules as the compounds within Coconut Oil will dissolve them in a couple days.

TOO much Coconut Oil acts as an Anti-Constipation agent so smaller amounts is better (unless of course... ;)

Don't store all your batches in one container, in the freezer lasts for about a year or two, because to use it you have to re-melt and you don't want to be taking it all out and refreezing it all every time.

Don't take on a completely empty stomach, yes you will feel it faster BUT see point 2 above.

You can buy capsule filling kits on eBay now.

But they are worth the trouble and as stated in the first post and not repeated enough....

DONT SKIMP ON THE TIME IN OVEN

If you don't like the coconut canna burp taste you can also use GEE. Gee is clarified butter and works just as well.

Put you butter in a pan and heat it to near boiling but don't boil, all the Milk Solids will float to the top and can be scrapped off.

This leaves just the clarified butter or Gee behind then use it the same as the coconut oil.

You can find more detailed info on the process at any Cooking web site.

I'm just lazy and use coconut oil but take them frozen so they make it further into the system before they start to melt.
