Police are puzzled by the discovery of three garbage bags full of freshly-cut marijuana with a sign reading "Free dope. Mull up" dumped by a road on the New South Wales south coast.

Cops said it was 16 kg , $ 90,000 grand street value . LMFAO Fancy giving away 90,000 grand worth of canna lol .

If was probably left over trim from some grow and a easy way to get rid of it is leave it on the side of the road .

Have to ask the coppers how they turn around 16Kg amd make 90K

Youd have to be bad dealer not to make at least 4K per half Kg 3800-4K/Pound

and thats if you off load in Pounds break it up into OZ and you be getting $6,400 back per pound.

So that makes the 3 baggies worth more like $204,800

or did I miss something,, 40% tax somewhere for someone??
