The latest Customs figures show a boom in the number of cannabis detections in international mail at the border.

 

The latest Customs annual report shows that detections at the border have surged from 412 in the year 2004/05 to 2692 in 2011/12...

 

Sounds like Silk Road is doing a roaring trade. :afro:

I think you will find the latest technology and customs screening has a lot to do the the increase.

 

The seeds are the thing that has exploded in growth via the mail, and that's what they need to target if they want to get serious about it.

Very little they can do cause the seeds are so small and the scent is nowhere near as high as the end product.
