Hello everyone

Just joined today,don't know how to access the forums properly and introduce myself properly, yet,but came across this instead.

I have just given up ciggies after 21years of smokoing the damn things!

As a teenager,and becuase the price and size of deals you get are still a joke,that was the main reason i used spinna.

I have finally successfully grown and harvested,(without being ripped off!),this year,and am slowly weaning myself off the spinna.

Don't get me wromg,i have smoked straight pot before and it near kiled me,i don't know???? Different horses,different courses!

I have read "dwyndorf's" post and fully intend to get in touch with "honeyrose',for me and my wife's sake!

Rattled on for long enough,catcha's!

I have given up tobacco 4 weeks ago

I used to smoke tobacco grass / hash joints daily for the last 23 years

I quit the baccy using nicorette inhalers then stopped using those about 2 weeks ago. It wasn't hard at all - just have to have the right attitude & believe it will be easy & it will be.

Just a neat pipe for me now.

i smoke cigs...have to admit that i love smoking cigs......but i love a fat joint without tobacco in em...tastes much better...but it's those days where score so little and mixing up some tobbacco to increase the amount of joint/buy. but if i had an abundunt amount of weed i wouldn't be bothered mixing weed with anything. nothing more better than a joint with 100% weed......

i have never heard of anyone mixing tobacco with there grass im from oklahoma..

A guy I used to work with smoked his buckets with tobacco for 15 years. He was ok in the morning, but by lunch time he was withdrawing, and by the afternoon he was a grumpy bastard.

He doesn't smoke cigs, and swears he never will, but he even admits he is addicted to nicatine.

We were having a session one day when he was over.. and he reckons he can't smoke without tobacco because it hurts his lungs, and makes him cough..

It makes sense to me, I am in the same position but am slowly cutting back ready for harvest as I am not going to spin these plants if I can help it. If I try smoking mj neat at the moment I too cough my guts up.

I thought I post this, since "Ozstoners" are having a poll regarding to smoking with cigies or not.

this is a method I've come up with a long time ago. although I've quited, but I thought I share this with all of yous.

when I use to smoke. don't matter it's a joint or a bong. the reason I mix cigs with greens, is to help it burn better. never for the nicotines, tar and billions of other chemicals that comes along with commercial cigs. and so, if smoking all green is so harsh or wasting and mix with cigs is so bad for you. why not try mix with 1mg cigs?

the result for me was all good. much harder hit. cleaner bong. less irritation, burns good and helps cig smokers to quit cigies.

out of all the smokers I've met, no one actully doing this.

anyway.. hope you guys find this usefull as I did.

if none of ya knows anyone using the same method, may i kindly ask the marijuana community to name this method "Seeker's Mix"

:: Ive been doing this for the last few years,I buy Escort greys which r 1 mg,I smoke it green somtimes as i do mixed somtimes but i think mixing cant be good i think smoking it green is better for your health and stuff,But hard to stop the habit of mixing as i did in my younger days
