me and a mate went halves in 1 meter of pvc tubing (irrigation section at bunnings) and i got the stem+cone from an old billy that smashed (rip )and just happened to have a spring valley juice bottle sitting round at home, a stanley knife and some hot water and voila! it shits on any home made bong and for 7 bucks i was happy and considering bongs are illegal in vic it was the best i could get my hands on without forking out 50-60 bucks for a pretty shitty 'oil pourer'
