Nats maybe?

I have just germinated some seeds and i belive what ever they are have been in the soil. What its my best option here Try to replant the just cracked seeds most havent even broken the seeds off or just leave them hope for the best and treat later??

they are super super tiny and cant get a photo without a special lens tiny white bugs nats maybe they crawl super fast.

where did you get the soil? from your yard? or is it potting mix?

its potting mix unfortunatly....

hmmmmmmm! if you leave them and the crawlies are fungas gnats they will kill the babies. imo get some more potting mix, new pots(wash them out with bleach) transplant and throw the old pots and mix in the rubbish bin. more to gain by doing this than leaving them and hope for the best.

i should explain more i bought 2 bags its only the 2nd bag ive found them in so should repot them all or just the plants from the 2nd bag

 

 

and also after a quick google they arent fungas gnats or at least they dont look like anything from the pictures

they aren't fly maggots are they. someone else had a similar problem and had pics, his bugs looked more like fly maggots. you decide on what to throw out or keep hed. without pics it is just me guessing like you are. is there blood and bone in you potting mix? flys would love that.

i went with your suggestion i just repotted them into new pots in different mix ill keep them seperate and a close eye on everything else thanks for ya help mate and no this was mix that had nothing added the new mix does though but seems fine thanks again though!

Yeah flies love blood and bone. Stick to it like a magnet. I don't like blood and bone personally, attracts all kinds of rodents and other forms of life. Best stray from blood and bone, something will dig your plants up to get to it. Otherwise it's a pretty good fertillizer.
