Outdoor odour a problem?

Recommended Posts

G,day

My concern is with odour of a flowering plant.

My situation is a 2nd story balcony at the front of the house, the footpath is around 25 meters away.

I will be growing a single cream caramel auto flower, and im growing a range of other veggies in pots around it to make it seem less suss.

No one can see the plants but im a little worried about the smell, i was thinking of planting a heap of lavender at the front of the house and some on the balcony.

I was also thinking of that plant that keeps mosquitoes away as it has a strong smell.

I do get decent breezes on this side of the house

I grew in my backyard last season and had no problems with neighbors, but that's always a chance. I have actually noticed there are a few plants which smell like coffee and very strong too, some of the Euphorbia genus have plants which are very strong in smell you could use those to cover the smell up, i am not sure on the exact botanical name however but they are around the place and look a like this - http://www.californiagardens.com/images/Euphorbia-characias.jpg

Welcome jf, Autos offer a 'off season options.' So if 'they' think they can smell something and it's the middle of spring, then they might think they are near a badly vented indoor op, Maybe if they knew TOO much they might shit them self a little try to no look like they noticed anything any run away quickely, or maybe they are overcome with canna lust & just drift around until they narrow down the general local and then... imo in brief ...

Don't make a crime scene. Grab a fan etc find a comfy spot (light tight) add a CO2filter,

keep it safe keep it secret; keep it hidden.

I was looking at grow tents on ozponics and considering it.

WE have a large garage full of shit and i could hide the tent behind crap.

How quite could you make a tent with affective extraction and carbon filtration?

And are they light proof?

Garage full of shit is perfect, the extra crap will also eliminate some of the running sounds too.

You can make it as quiet as you want.

Tents are very light proof -if there were light leeks, garage shit can be used to obscure the leeks.
