Introduction from new member (patient coming to austrailia)

Hello my fellow Pro-Cannabis people, I am a US citizen coming to visit Sydney and or Melbourne for possible

relocation for work purposes and opportunities. I am an avid athlete in Cross fit, which is a miracle from above,

since my neck and back have been fractured from posture related injuries and car accidents and rollercoasters.

I use cannabis as an Anti Inflammatory, Muscle relaxer, and substitute for tobacco (quit 5 years ago!).

 

Anyway, so I come to you all with questions and hope that I will be able to make the transition to Austrailia.

 

I smoke aproximately .5g to .8g of cannabis per day, and have been since I was diagnosed with my injuries.

I decided myself through education that pharmaceuticals and synthetics are disgusting and cause major health problems.

 

So I consume usually organic, medical Grape Ape (purple strand) or Blue Cheese (High grade), and do not recieve any benefit

from less potent strands. I prefer also Mango or fruit flavored strands.

 

My questions to not waste anymore time and hopefully get some good answers from you all!!

 

1). Is Sydney an easy place to spot the right associates for my medicine?

 

2). preferably a formal store or delivery service as there is in California and Colorado??

hi mate id stay over there theres no medical mj over here an 8 grams a day over here will coast you over $100- a day !! rip off ,

 

not very much street dealing goes on over here , but you might score half a gram for $20- good stuff , in kings cross , sydney ,

 

or go to a ruff looking pub every night polay pool that be the best way to meet someone , good luck bro

Hi man welcome. You will find cannabis in the city's mo worries, but I rekon you should grow ya own if possible.

 

Approx $20/g, $100quarter, $320oz so not much fun paying for it but if it's ya only choice. Don't worrie you will find it

I think you should be able to obtain your meds, just might take a little time to find the right guy. Like Smashed1 mentioned, just gotta network-how soon ya make contact is pretty much dependent on how comfortable you are in a social setting. Bummer about the non-med legitimacy, but that's love of money for you. Good fortune. Peace to you. v

if your comeing over for work , just try one the young fellers there , wen i move to a unkown spot it can take a good week to find a decent person ,

 

useally i'll ask someone in my airea that ive seen around a lil bit an make sure they notice you , just say hi as u walk past then after ive bump'd into them a couple times ill ask , wheres all the pot around here , thats the best way ive found ,,

 

if your in sydney , an want to stock up on some , drive 8 hours north to town calld NIMBIN , an just walk down the main street you'll see them hanging around , i found north end best , get anything there , good cheaper pot that sydney , i got a ozz last year 250 , but he had better ones , for 300/ 350 / an on it was'nt to bad a smoke for the cheap stuff , wasnt cured the best but ,

Although you will be able to find cannabis in and around Melbourne or Sydney at the prices the others have mentioned, you don't have a snowballs chance in hell of getting a regular supply of organic weed and you have less chance of getting 'medical Grape Ape (purple strand) or Blue Cheese (High grade)'. You will be lucky if your supplier calls it anything but 'hydro'. At best it will be mids.

No, not going to happen. Didn't you realise pot is illegal here? There is no recognition of medical cannabis use in Australia. Cannabis and all of it's drug related derivatives are illegal in all states and territories.

 

The only market for cannabis here is the black market.

 

I'd suggest you grow your own, but I don't know your visa status... foreign nationals caught growing by state aurthorities get handed to federal police and then, depending on visa status, handed on to immigration. If you don't have permanent residence status you will most likely be deported, but not before a trip to one of our truly awful detention centres. After which you will be billed for the cost of incarcerating you before deportation and you will be denied reentry to Australia.
