when should i prune

hi there, im a total nub when it comes to grow as this is my first, my question is when should i prune my little one. i have just started in my flowering cycle. of 12 on 12 off, And how long will it take to show the flowering any help would be greatly appriciated

I wouldn't recommend pruning it and it may take up to a few weeks to show sex depending on how mature it is.

I dont prune at all.....thing is mate those leaves are like lil solar panels, they take in the light and turn it into growth...

ifs only mabey 3 months old, and its at its peak it's 19inches

The leaves convert light energy into food for the plant, removing the leaves removes the plants way of making energy (Photosynthesis, yep something they taught at school is useful).

ok just asking. there are many ways listed through out the internet and i want to make sure im doing this the right way to incress my med output. here is anther question i have a super silver haze that was grown outside. but due to illness i was unable to get to it before it broke. My question is can it be saved will it regrow.
