Theoretically maybe but highly unlikely. You would have a lot of trouble getting past this clause...

 

With the exception of drugs of abuse where the manufacture, possession, sale or use is prohibited by State or Territory law; any unapproved therapeutic good can potentially be supplied via the SAS.

Hey Kosherkush, welcome to the site :bongon: sorry to hear about your legal and health problems. As others have said the TGA is very stringent in regards to cannabis medication accessed via the SAS. In reality it's easier to grow your own in most cases that spend years trying to fight the TGA which is far from easy to do.

Hiya Kosherkush,

 

I wouldn't know, but it seems like it is worth a try. Nothing works as effectively for pain management and associated head-fucks that chronic pain lays on me as efficiently as cannabis. I don't know why. It is a demonstrable fact though in my case. peace to you V
