Yeah Sunflower petals go yellow as they grow. B)

 

Shade leaves can yellow during flowering but its usually near the end of this cycle - they dont have to though.

 

Try changing nutrients or nutrient ratio/strength next time during grow and it may delay the yellowing and it might be a good idea to continue feeding the grow nutes for a week or two during flower if it needs it still.
