low relative humidity

Hi all,

Did some reading. And my rh is only 20% when lights are on, would this cause them to be droopy?

 

Or is it the fact I have the fan and until recently the vent fan off while lights were out?

 

I put cups of water and wet tea towels in the drobe but no real affect, should I close my window a bit to lower the amount of air from outside getting in ?

This morning 30mins before the lights come on it was at 58%

Imo i wouldent worrie about the humidity until summer time...
