Lighting setups and Dodgy setups

I can't decide on what lighting would be best for me I've been told a 400W would be fine for my situation and wouldn't require any ventilation (Cooltube required probably) but i would like your opinions on a few setups.

I will only be growing 1-2 plants for my own use this is my first grow btw

 

Cupboard size is 1200mm in length 500mm Wide , 1550mm High (The shelf is the same only differs in height)

I really don't want any ventilation that would require me to drill or cut a hole in the roof wall or door i do have an AC in the room which if need be i could turn on i could also fit some fans in there no problem but I'm open to any suggestions, stealth isn't an issue nor is the smell the only things i have to worry about are costs and not burning the house down .

 

If you have any better setups or kits please let me know

In an enclosed area i think ventilation is important . Plants let out moisture ,co2 etc .

Once a plant gets to a decent size if you dont have fresh going in and old air goin out humidity will build up fast , plants need fresh air .
