No, it's not legal. Obviously a lot of people do it without issue or we wouldn't see grows logged using European or Nth America seedlines.

nothing to do with private marijuana cultivation is legal in aus but we get away with it anyway. be smart and you're not likely to get caught. receiving seeds from overseas aint difficult but it pays to research a good place. bonza has a good rep and with good reason

to add to the above, its not even legal to possess seeds, this despite that they don't even contain cannabinoids. with our drug legisaltion the way it is usually the drug is illegal the the plant is seen as the vessel but with cannabis the plant itself and all of it parts are illegal. doesn't make sense right? our drug laws are bullshit
