On April 16th 2012, Tony will be fronting Court in Kempsey N.S.W.

"What can I do"

Tony would like as many people as possible to turn up at the Kempsey Courthouse to show their support for Medical Cannabis.

Car Convoy

will be leaving from the main street of Nimbin, approx. 10am. 15th April. Camping at Tonys place overnight, then on to the Court 9am. 16th. April. If you or someone you know is a Mullaway Card Holder that would like to join the convoy, then join in support for Tony by contacting The Hemp Embassy, or by phoning Michael Winston on 0408 807 342. Please show your support in opposing this injustice.

One canna help but think this was a maliciously targeted & purposefully antagonistic act.

 

It was just a few weeks ago that a mate stopped me mid-conversation (Knowing that I have avoided wanting to put extra pressure on Tincture availability to the extremely unwell & terminally ill etc.) and said "You know ya really should start up the medicinal tinctures anyway coz it would surely help" ... etc. etc. ... "as far as I know , There is no shortage of Supply! " ...

 

Then into the MainStream News cycle came the new Report and much talk and agreement about the Failure of 'The War on Drugs' ... I for one was pleasantly surprised to see that even most of the Hard-Nosed , long-entrenched madmen of the media couldn't help but agree.

Seemingly , nearly everyone thought that especially the criminalization of Cannabis was ridiculous (as they all smirked to each other between teleprompts! ) ...

It almost looked like things were going fairly well in the debate towards Drug Law Reform ...

 

But then I pick up the New edition of the Local Rag and see this story on the front page!

Apparently , in direct response to the renewed discussions on Sensible Drug Policy!

Am I Wrong or what?

And Right before Mardigrass aswell ... Though they say they want PEace and for the Protest to not Camp outside their HorrorSHop of Corrruption , no doubt ... Like they care either way , they'd love to bring in the heavy militarized squads to try and terrorize everyone.

One has to wonder who authorizes such atrocities.

He was in the courthouse for about 5 seconds...

 

(via Mark Heinrich): Tony was in court in Kempsey yesterday and the DPP is unsure whether it is able to proceed to trial. Tony has been re-scheduled to appear again in Kempsey Court on 9 May 2012. A subpoena has revealed flaws in the NSWPOL application for the warrant, and both the judge and the prosecutor are unsure if this case will actually go to trial. So far Tony seems to have the upper hand. We will see on May 9th
