Ok, you have white fly, you will wanna get on top of em pronto, they pretty bad. I would use a Neem product, but ya wanna spray it all over, even under the leaves. Spray in the lights off period, when they won't get burnt , if ya plants are budding and are in the last 3 weeks, use a Neem oil Drench in the soil instead, Plant will suck it up and when the lil buggers feed off the leaves, they will get a mouth full of Neem, they don't like that. Neem will also keep other bugs away, they dont like it. Never had em inside, so stop putting plants outside then bringing them in, or look at some way to keep outside nasties.....outside.

Goodluck. Peace. Nibbler.

Hang some sticky fly traps or similar around your area as well..... this will slow popualation growth... when using any sprays that encourage the pest to leave make sure that you provide them somewhere to go..... ie.. bring a plant into your room or area that is untreated and inviting to any pests that you want gone.... I find it impossible to grow Gooseberry's near my garden cause spider mite smash them & @ 2to 3 ft away my garden suffers very minimal....... beans also work well as a means of inviting pests away from your garden etc if you spray.. Remember these little nasties carry virus and if Veg rooms are infected think about re-stocking with virus & pest free stock. Often problems later on down the track in the flower stages involving fungal or mould can be attributed to virus in Veg room stock picked up from pests especially like Whitefly....
