How can you get the same time frames inside as out.I'm not from aus but is the sun that cooperative, that it gives a 12/12 cycle for 8 weeks?

We dont get very long and very short days here but I doubt anyone gets 12/12 - itll probably take an extra week outdoors but use the resin to tell you if its ready and not time or you might pull up shitty buds which could have been excellent when picked at the right time.
