Just a few questions on my first grow.

Recommended Posts

How big do you think theyll be? (im growing 2 Hawiian Skunks, 1 Northern Lights X Shiva, and 1 Bubbilicous) cause im only using 158mm pots. And should i keep them in pots and just transplant them when they get bigger or should i plant them in the ground? thanks everyones ;)

You'd probably get a better answer on that from the breeders of said plants. That said, you've planted late in the season, and since it's your first grow you may not get as much as you can. They should be short, but decent enough plants if given a good growing. Depends on where you are too..

15 cm pots? Okay for germ and maybe seedling growth, but you'll definitely need to transplant... which I note is your next question...

You can do either, but give yourself a goodly sized pot for full plant growth. The less transplanting the better the plants will grow, as they're not getting shocked all the time. Make sure that any soil/mix you use is freely draining, but still holds moisture. If you plant in the ground you'll likely have to completely dig out the native soil and replace it with a richer mix, as australian soils are notoriously low in nutrients and generally unsuitable for growing mj. That said, the biggest plants are grown in the ground, just make sure they've got plenty of space to bury their roots and don't skimp on the organic matter. ;)

Good luck...

Oh, one more thing....

For the record I have never had any problems with miracle grow. Yes fish emultions and dynamic lifter are great and I have used them before, but if you are growing inside they tend to smell really bad.

Yes it stinks, but we're in the outdoor forum mate, not indoors. And the advice was pitched on that fact. ;)

Anyway, good luck zell, keep us updated.
