pH balanced??

Hi i was jus curious if melbourne water is the right pH for gorwing or if growrite balances the pH or if in addition to growrite i should add bi-carb soda/hydrogen pyroxide. sorry bout the confusing post, prolly have to read it twice

I dont know what the PH of Melbourne water is, it probably varies from suburb to suburb. The best shot would be to get hold of a PH pen or if things are a bit tight, take a plastic bottle full to your local swimming pool and if your nice to them they will test it for you for free.

Hydrogen peroxide isnt used for adjusting the PH, its for adding oxygen to the water and also helps keep the algea from getting out of hand.

Sodium bicarbonate among other chemicals will raise the PH.

The most widely accepted PH range for growing MJ is between 5.2 and 6.0
