2 weeks out from harvest methodology ! what do you do?

Recommended Posts

A good thing i would do with my plants is when u pull them out from ground they still have a big dreadie of roots. i would then fill a buket of boiling water submerge the roots in the hot water for 15-30 mins. what this dose is shocks the fuk out of it and any remaing energy in the leaves ,stem will shoot out to the flowers to save them.

trust me works u can actually see the buds glistening while they bathe lol

hi bud i new a bloke that recons he did that (i never saw him do it ) but he recond you have to add 2 kg of think brown sugar it could of been raw suger an he would leave it sit in the bucket for hours , , he said the sugar made them more sticky , reisany or some crap like that , dont think i'll be worrying about thatone

Same as Merlin, except I flush for three days. I relaised I aslo use pH ajusted water. Ive heard of others doing this also. I havnt relly thought about it. There is defn a change in pH as I flush. Tap water ranges from 6-8 pH.

The best tip Ive learned for harvest is trim all the big leaves off as the plant is still standing, its easy to work with two hands using fingers only.

plus there'd be some nice finger hash at the end of it.

Flushing solution 1.5 weeks until pulling the ladies just one strong dose of flushing solution.... .... black strap mollases 3 weeks before pull until 1 week before pulling the plants ... and then just water in the final week..... ph'd ... i usually dry the plants out in the dark (with inline fans on but no HID's) for the last few days ..... a few days of darkness stresses the hell out of them ....

Snapping the branches that late in would serve no real purpose. google cannabis super cropping. I have done it a few times and it works. But you have to start doing it about 2 -3 weeks into flower. I have also done this whilst vegging and it works very goodly.

I grow mainly in the earth. I Just pull off the dead leaves, pest inspection (which is done all through the grow) every day. Don't change my flower nute strength or flush, rember, that is for soil grow.

For outdoor stuff the most important thing would be how long since the last time it rained, as it washes resin off the plant. If possible allow at least a week if not two weeks before harvesting. As for breaking stems not sure, doesn't make much sense don't think you can push the good stuff around the plant. As for boiling roots there is virtually THC ect in roots. Be careful of old wives tales.

Be careful of old wives tales.

Yes definitely... be careful of people spouting old husbands tales as well, like...

Resin is not water soluble and not washed off by rain.
