does this mean they are in austarlia and been found by customs or am i being paranoid and they might still get delivered?

ordered from herbies on the 11th any of u guys that bought from them used the tracking all i keep geting is that msg from the 13th

My tracking said the same thing, it just means it at the last stage in the UK and is probably on it's way here now. Give it a week to two weeks and it should be here. BTW - you probably wont get anymore updates sometimes tracking only works in the UK, not sure if Aus post always continue it on Edited January 25, 2012 by RubaDub

dunno if this is the same thing but I've noticed that sometimes UK postal tracking will say a similar message not long after my item has been posted but what they really mean is that it's out of their country and that's that. It's on a plane and on it's way.

 

I'd leave it for another week and then come back to this thread, sometimes the postal services are shit (okay always) so it will probably turn up, just later then you expected

You can ring aus post with you tracking no. and they will give you more of an idea where you parcel is at

12/01/12 i would say it will arrive early feb. i have had them turn up earlier but 3 weeks seems to be the norm. i order a lot of seeds and never had a problem. who are they from sounds like attitude?

Yup thats a good idea Chef Chef , then you can ID yourself for them and give em ya phone number. .

 

UK postal tracking does not work once it leaves the UK, for some god unknown stupid reason the UK postal systems and ours dont use the same system to track parcels.

It can take 3 weeks and sometimes more.

 

Sit tight and wait, and please if ya dont get em quick enough for you dont send nasty emails to the seed bank demanding answers, they usually sent em, it's just the way it is. Ive had an order go missing, ya wait for their waiting period for the parcel to be over, send em a polite email, if they find it wasnt seized they will replace your order in most cases.

 

Put ya feet up grab a cuppa, they get here when theyre here, no use stressin over it. Peace. Gh72

You're a bit paranoid hopper? I rang em, no name, said I was looking for a parcel that I thought customs may have seized, with my royal mail tracking number, and they told me that my package was enroute from Melbourne. Don't worry about it. Aust post don't care about your phone number champ.
