The answer is subjective, but I feel fairly straightforward. Go the 600's, more efficient, better coverage and more individual control that way.

 

'Course, that's all dependent on a heck of a lot of variables, like can you extract that much heat? You got enough of a power supply to adequately protect such a system? etc etc... Anyway, I'm sure if you elaborate we'd be able to give some more detailed advice, but yeah, go with the 600's. :) Hope that helps. :P
