Jadcla's 2011-2012 grow

Recommended Posts

Hey all,

so as some of you alreasy know, i started my first grow this season :)...

i have decided to make a grow diary... im going to put pictures from the day it started until now :)...

hope you all enjoy...

My plants were germinated in water and then planted into 7-8L pots, using a mix of a SHITTY $3, 25L bag of soil... because of such low quality, i mixed through some blood and bone and watered in some seasol seaweed concentrate... until the babys were about 30cm tall there watering involved 9L water split between them both with seasol seaweed concentrate and about 1-2 table spoons of blood n bone in the water, this all seemed to do the trick...

this was the earliest photo i could find...

It was around this time where i decided to tip the little girls, (i sorta regret doing it this early, and i sorta wish i didnt do it at all.. they could have grown so much taller being sativas (i think they are satvia) but yeh...) after tipping them i let them grow for a further 2-3 weeks...

after this time i thought they would have outhgrown there pots so i decided to transplant into 20L pots and also move the location of where they were, i tied them down on a slight angle to even the canopy out.... here are some photos :)...

i didnt really start using any proper nutes until about the 3 month mark (shoulda been earlier but oh well, they did fine).... at this time i started using a mix of the seasol and charlie carp (heard of it?)... they seem to really enjoy it all.. here are some photos around 3 months.

after about 4 months i decided to put my first thread up on this forum and after speaking so some of you guys i decided that 20L was too small now... i then upgraded to 60L pots, when i removed them from the 20L pots the roots were incredible and i now understand why the bigger the pot the better!!!

here are some of the most recent photos i have taken

ENJOY :D....

How often do you water? In a pot there is no way I would nute every water. May explain the yellowing leaves. Can you plant in the ground. Try using Chrons super sauce has really kicked my plants into gear since I started using it. If you do plant in the ground put some slow fertiliser and some chicken manure about 400mm down. That's what I did and the proof is in the pudding.Checkout my girls In my thread. My white widow would be about 4 months old and the red dragon about 3 months. Where you get your seeds. You may want to buy some from demon seeds next season. Good quality seeds will really make a difference to the end result.

joshie, the leaves arent yellow any more, may be one or two but thats about it.... the ones in the photo were from a nitrogen def i think and once i nuted they came good :)... as for the sun, they probs get 7 hours of full sun :) starts at about 9 ends at 4... as for higher npk.. i feel a bit the same ay :)

big outdoor, i water them every 4 days, seasol is hardly a nute but more of a promoter, i guess u can say?... no npk value what so ever... and as for the charlie carp thats technically used every 8 days, sound a bit better haha? i can put them in the ground but its hardly worth it where i am, rock solid clay bull shit... yeh i have been told about chrons sauce, very highly rated by everyone that uses it :) might give it a go ay... but yeh i think 60L pots are quite sufficient for a first grow :), they were just bagseeds bro.. so yeh.. im looking into buying some from somewhere next season, just a lil sketchy on doing it... haha..

peace out fellas

I've bought off demon seeds twice and got them about a week later. They send them in a Tshirt. If customs find them they will just send you a letter saying you can't bring in seeds. They won't report you or anything maybe if you got caught a few times ya might. If you do pay extra for feminized seeds. Don't have to worry about males then. If you dig a big enuf hole and fill it with decent soil and some gypsum they would love it. I have used seasol few years ago but didn't really think it was much chop. In a couple of weeks I'm gonna start using monster bud think this really does add some weight to the buds. Also will use liquid potash during flowering. Can get the granular stuff but which I used last year but my mate reckons liquid is the way to go.
