got 6 new girls in the ground but 2 need help please :)

hey fellas,

 

i put 8 new plants in the 2 of them being seedlings about 25cm tall i had from a seed under a fluro,

4 seedlings about 10cm tall and 2 clones that were off a hydro mothe plant...

 

 

the 2 clones are about 28cm tall now, really bushy and are already starting to bud!!??

 

why is this happening?

what light cycle r they on (or r they outdoors now)? what's the mother plant doing? Indicas don't seem 2 care 2 much about light cycles, i've found in general they go 4wks grow, 8 wks flower. was the mother indica?

more questions then answers....sorry, not much help..

clones off indoor hydro r on longer light period than what outside daylength is .. so flowering is triggered ?

longest day of the year couple of days ago, now day length gradually shortens
