Guest Wilderbud
Everyone has told me to throw phosphate into the schedule [same as wades basically] so it might be worthwhile doing this too but you might have to visit a nursery to get some [only place Ive seen it]. If youre wanting to try PK14 sometime Id just grab this, trace elements and urea and dig a hole to stick a few hundred mls of PK14 and a 500g bag of urea and trace in it with a bit of wood over it so you dont get busted with nutes if cops pull you up (happened to me once) - wipe prints of course and thank me later if someone dobs you in for regular bushwalking with a bag heh. I havent tried manutec yet so tell me if it dissolves quickly or not - yates salts/minerals dissolve after a 30 second shake [and if they have phosphate]. Peat/Sphagnum for life BTW - its easier to carry but you have to spike it with nutes first - ie blood and bone or general fertilizer. wade ounce
w.b yeah manutec dissolves o.k .i generally mix it a day before use to make sure. i have used it straight into water and fed and saw a little burning.i don,t like to use the manutec bloom booster during the last mth because it has a nitrogen level of six and the plant doesn't need any added nitrogen at this stage. there is already enough nitrogen locked in the soil paricles if the plant needs it. pipeman
I'm using some verry berry seeds from the last bud of my very first crop which I just finished off yesterday I just picked the seeds out of my mullomatic, dropped them in a glass of water, and with my grow gear hundreds of kilometers away the decision was made, grow em outside. pipeman
most seeds cracked after 24hours in water and the most cracked looking ones went into moist potting mix in little seedling cups. couple of compacts in the robe should do for now. pipeman
hey I went there yesterday to take a pic and forgot the memory card for my camera. I'll try to get a pic today. A few seedlings have popped up to see what the go is, so I figure I'll be doing some planting later this week.
pipeman
ok wade, here is the spot I was thinking of growing in. Lots of undergrowth. Its partially shaded area but still will get a decent portion of Sun.
