Cool Tubes on a light rail?

Recommended Posts

Welcome Duffbag, I use a 1000w with cool tube on a mover, have done so for the last 12 months without one single problem. Alot of people have problems with it but it's how you set it up. You need to mount the mover about 1 metre down from ceiling, your ducting can then hang vertically at each end and offset of centre. the ducts hang down at the middle of travel range so as they can swing with the mover. Not hard if you have the height.

Vrod.

Thanks man. I suspected that I was going to need a bit of space above (which I don't have) to make life easier. Space is tight unfortunately and temp is starting to get a bit high when summer is only beggining. My travel is about 1m... I might just have to try to invent an elaborate telescopic retractor for my ducting or look at other cooling options. I'm already running the lights at night time to keep temps down but it is causing other un-intented drama. ie- preping my babies for the turn around of daylight hour. I need a seperate veg room dam it!. Thanks for the advice Vrod. Hang loose
