Mr. Wasted
Ok i have two clones out the back but they have went to bud way too early, they aren't even 30cm tall so anyway i've got some apparently very good seeds, and im thinking of planting a couple outdoors soon, like tommorow or the next day or something my question is, will my plants have enough time to produce decent size buds if they were planted now? is it too late?and does anyone know why my clones have went to bud so early while they are so small? all i am hoping for now is an ounce or two from each plant, im just growing for personal use
dirty
Man , I am only new around here and don't have much experience, so maybe one of the senior members can help you out.my guess is that if they have gone to bud then leave them be. Shifting them around may freak them out and cause them to fuck out.As far as planting outside goes, I asked a similar question recently and the consensus was to go ahead and plant. Someone even mentioned that they had planted at XMAS and had success.good luck man

Guest Wilderbud
They wont flower to their full potential but you should get some ounces of decent bud so go for it. Make some clones with the lower branches when it starts to flower and keep the bounty coming. Did you have the clones on 24/0 a light cycle? Thatd explain it. Mr. Wasted
thanks guys ok then i guess i'll start germinating these seeds before i go to bed tonight. will they be ready for planting tommorow? and the two clones are going to be moved soon anyway, they are still in pots. could the size of the pots have anything to do with the early budding? they arent extremely small but the plants look like they would be more comfortable with some more room

Guest Wilderbud
Ive read that a small pot can force weed to flower also - how big is the pot and plant? And yes, just soak the seeds and plant them - water daily at least if its as hot where you are as it is here [shit it was hot today - my strawberrys are going crazy]. Mr. Wasted
one of the plants is taller and about 25cm or so. the other one is the same size but its bushy. the pots are maybe a 20cm deep or so and thats probably a bit too small.do you guys think that they might grow once they've been transplanted? oh Wilderbud i didnt have the clones under a light. thats why im posting in the outdoor forum the weather here's been pretty varied, 23 today, 37 a couple days ago i guess i'll look around for how to get these seeds ready
Buddy
The longest day in the Southern Hemisphere occurs between December 21st - 24th, from then on the days will become shorter ( less light ) the plants will detect this and start to put out flowers. The veg time will be short and the plant will only be small so the yeild wont be a lot. This is the method used in SOG but its only done under lights and with many plants. Mr. Wasted
thanks for that info buddy the small yield wont be too much of a problem for me, because i've just planted three and i've still got them two failure clones which might grow a bit. im not planning on selling any, the buds will be for an everyday smoker (me) :: and two others who only smoke on weekends (people who live with me). so as long as i get a few ounces im happy. this is what i did let some seeds sit in water over last night, three of them sunk and thats meant to be good isnt it?i've got three small pots of potting mix, i poked a little hole in the middle of the mix with my finger, put the seeds in the little hole and covered them up. I know there's meant to be some special way to plant the seeds but i figured that marijuana is smart enough to sort itself out i just need to know if i've already screwed up, any help would be appreciated
