Production notes on flood drain systems

Recommended Posts

well I thought I would put this out there. I've been growing flood drain for a few years now, dealing in small quantitys. Here is my system and how much I'm producing.

2 rooms one veg, one flower veg is 8X4 and flower is 8X16

Industrial fans both on supply and exhaugst, around 5600cfm airflow out of both rooms each(recent airflow upgrade not tested yet)

veg room has 2 400MH bulbs with lumitek ballests as well as 10 small florecents on a set of cloning racks.

Veg room has one flood drain table, 2X4ft and an 80L resivoir

Flower room has one 6X8 table with 200L resivoir

Both resiviors have air pumps

Flower room has 2 600W HPS Bulbs with lumitek ballests

I use dutchmaster nutes for veg and flower, no folier sprays

I use canna nutes for small seedlings and clones(recently started this but results have been promising)

My system is fairly well tuned and I haven't had any issues with mold, mites, or any other type of parisites in a long long time

I grow almost 100% indica

Here is the bottem line of what I produce, I produce about 3/4 of pound every 4 weeks +/- about 5 grams. I have just over half a pound of sellible dry bud and the rest is smaller buds that I keep for myself. Weed in Canada Has big price differences on quality, 1700/lb for cheap stuff medium is 2200/Lb and really bomb stuff is 2500/lb Mine sells for 2400/lb 90% of the time.

I just thought I would put this out there to give an idea for beginners of wht there expections should porbbably be. also for the more experanced growers to comment on.

would co2 enrichment be benifical in my case or would the return on investment be to small?

Also I plan on adding another flower table and two more 600w hps lamps. So we will see how that goes in the future.

Any tips would be greatly apprecatied. thanks
