angebaby1
This is what i'm making for chrissy presents this year-you dont need much to get blasted! Ange's mully fudge: 375g pkt Nestle Melts 250g unsalted butter/cannabutter, chopped2 1/2 cups sifted pure icing sugar1/2 cup thickened cream2 tsp vanilla essenceMilk or dark chocolate definately masks the pot's flavour white chocolate is for the true pot eater. Place chocolate, butter, icing sugar and cream in a medium sized pan. Stir over med heat until combined then bring to the boil. Stirring constantly, boil for 1 min. Take off heat, add vanilla ess. mix well. While still hot wizz with electric mixer until mixture becomes slightly grainy. You can flavour the fudge with liqueur, add nuts, dried or candied fruit. Place in a greased and cling wrap lined loaf tin and place in fridge until set. Makes about 30 slices.
