150mm Centri

Recommended Posts

hey all,

I have a 6x6x6 room with two 600w cooltubes, and am wondering if one 150mm centrifugal fan will be adequate to vent the room through a cf AND the cooltubes. My room has a passive intake. i am a bit stumped on setting it up. Should I go : CF, fan, split to cooltubes, exhaust? Or: Passive intakes for cooltubes, 3 way splitter(one for the Cf), fan, exhaust? I have heard it is better for the fan to blow air through cooltubes, rather than suck hot air through the fan. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

ive ran two 600w cool tube lights inline u can run it like this have your CF up the top run ducting to your first cool tube than a length of ducting to your next cool tube than more ducting out of the grow room with your fan on the end 150mm fans vary if u get a fan like a westflex u could get away with using a single 150mm fan if u go cheaper options u will need to step up to 200mm fans also a inlet fan for your grow room would be ideal to help reduce the one fan doing the whole job
