I guarantee you plucking leaves even from a plant with only 3 or 4 nodes will not stunt it.

It will do the opposite actually.

;) What are you basing this on? Sorry, but wounding any part of a plant will at least temporarily stunt growth whilst it recovers from the shock. It can be very short, if you minimise damage and shock, but it can also be a loooooong process of recovery to normal growth rates, depending on how harsh the wounding was. Taking away the hard-grown fan leaves will also reduce the amount of light which is convertable to sugars by the plant.

I only remove leaves if they are more than 50% damaged, (damage being burn, tear or otherwise which is irreparable) and some of the lowest undercanopy branches which are never going to develop well anyway. I do not remove fan leaves. Any cuts are done cleanly and quickly with a scalpel, razor or curved cuticle scissors, (sterilised before use of course, and if used on more than one plant cleaned between them too.)

Leaf surfaces are created by plants for a reason. Tipping is one thing, it's done to alter the growth pattern and promote more bud sites being able to develop... but removing fan leaves...

You done any comparisons phdownunder? ;)

Theres i big technical word which i cant remember but it means that i could snap one stem right off and that will not eefect the rest of the plant.

Thats how feminized seeds are made. By bagging one stem.

We could argue to the cows but home but whats the point? If you pluck leaves and growth is stunted i would look at other things that could be contributing to the stunting cause all i have ever seen on others peoples plants aswell as my own is massive a mounts of growth the next day.

When im back in veg i will post pics.

Of course if you pluck every leaf off and just leave tiny little hairs that arent even leaves yet then you should pack up your gear and find a new hobby cause thats a no brainer.
