Reveg advice.

What is the best lighting to use for revegging? Would good fluro tubes work well for the veg. stage?

Flouro's will work but as the root system is already established you would get better results from the plant if you used HID's.

I think they should be left to seedlings and clones. I had 6x38W strip flouros and 2x48W CFs on a plant I had and it didnt do so well after 1 foot - when I put it outside [better lighting] its growth rate rocketed.

If they grew under hid's then they need to be revegged under hids, otherwise they'll just stall and grow reeeeeeely slow. And then get shocked when you re-introduce the hid later...

 

Just raise the light a little from the normal distance, just to give the undercanopy you've just allowed to be exposed to the light a bit of a chance to get used to the idea.

As Skywalker has already pointed out, you'd be better off leaving them under the hid light, just raise it a little while the undercanopy adjusts
