Wilderbud, your latest statement about never having any mental disorderd become you when smoking bush, are you saying then that you assume hydroponic grass is the blame.

 

If that's the case, do you hold any fear of tomatoes, strawberries, etc etc etc..? I'm not trying to cause a fight, it;s just that it;s the same chems. Simple salts in many cases.

 

just quirous if u hold them in the same regard. Monbulk I think it is, grows every bit of it's preserves in hydro. Hydro chems are used all over the place, but I never hear anyone saying that the lettuce they ate sent them around the twist.

 

apart from the medium and way it's grown, all thigs are equal. So it's only the chems that can be an issue. If so...then ...well I'll just be going in circles.

PS. I much prefer bush smoke. Would never smoke hydro again if I had the choice. nor would I eat a hydro lettuce, or tomatoe, etc... But not because it scares me of spinning me out, I just dont like the way things are going that way, health wise, as in inetrnal organs and such. Cancers, whatever.

 

I'm an organic gardner from way back, still am in all but my grass, which I grow in hydro for safety sake.

 

I've smoke bush weed that would put hydro to shame, so it's not apotency thing. ?

Robbie, I dont know. I dont fear hydroponic marijuana if you think that - I can handle it now although the first smoke is usually always unpleasurable - I cannot get bush buds and they arent very strong most of the time so I have to take the bad with the good. Im growing hydroponically right now but I will switch to organic indoor and hope its the sort of weed I want to smoke [ill tell you if it has strange effects on me like 90% of the weed Ive smoked for the last few years when Im there].

 

I dont know where my buds come from or what the growers are putting into it and there is some evil insecticides that are still available for use - surely a commercial grower of hydro who was about to lose a crop wouldnt mind resorting to using guaranteed chemical innoculation [even if dangerous]. Im not saying it hapens but I do get strange effects from weed and I only started to notice it when hydroponic weed became available to me.

 

Im not smoking tomatoes and other non-organic foods so there is a slight difference. Food has to pass stringent tests before entering the market so there is less chance that Ill eat nasty chemicals from food.

 

YEah Ive smoked killer bush also - back in the old days when it was head season. Bush these days is usually crappy and its hardly available anyway - everyone wants it but noone has it.

 

Ive smoked some hydro that would scare the shit out of a casual smoker also - casual smokers didnt go near it after they knew the smell. This stuff really tripped me [like Id imagine ritalin (ADD drug) does - I havent had it but Ive seen the efects many times] but I handled it because it was all I could get.

Maybe I had some of the same hydro you speak of that was trippy. I've smoked for 20 + years, I bought a bag of white looking stuf that gave me such atrip that I cant expalin it to even other smokers. It felt like there was someone else in the room all the time, and it was real scarey.

 

I passed it among several heavy smokers before it was eventually tossed in the bin! 380 bux for the oz, and it wound up thrown out .

 

Now i'm looking desperately for the strain to grow it out, I wannanother try at it

 

You're right about smoking sunstances being a more concentrated and direct form of injestion, but if it's any relief, it's I that am a little afraid of hydro foods. I read some advanced hydo books once for industry,. and it's grossly unrelgulated, and the substances are considered cancer causing in large enough doses. And as you pointed out, a guy that needs to pay th bills, might just slip a bit more in than reccomeneded from time to time.

 

We can still get grouse bush buds here, but you have to be in the know I suppose. I grow hydro too. but it's because I can't move heavy pots of soil with my back, maybe cocco with organic hydro nutes may improve things?

 

And as for people perhaps might be, maybe spraying dangerous chem. sprays for insects; don't wonder anymore, they do. i know a good few commercial guys, and al of them use heavy duty chems. No exceptions. Man, u have a lot of money tied up there, and u get an attack of heliothas grub, or red mites, whatever; u do what it takes.

 

Growiing ya own even in hydro, although not perfect perhaps, at least gives u control over the level of chems that you use.

About the coco-peat; it is very light when dry and your plant will dry it within a day as long as its growing nicely and your pot is the right size. A plant is about a 500g during good times, the coco blocks to fill a pound-producing plant would be about 100g and the bucket would be about 100g so itd be about a kilo all up when dry. If you have to move them then youll probably be doing it to water them so itd be up at 5kg IMO. Its lighter than soil anyway.

 

I never thought about chemical sprays and drenches until recently so my previous years smoking may kill me one day. The main reason I decided to grow my own is I am getting wet weed these days so the shit is not being flushed and my throat isnt handling it [my tonsils swell often]. I always leave some weed out of the bag but I cant helpl smoking a few sessions straight away.

 

The brainfuck stuff I smoked was a light green colour and was really tight - I smoke stuff like it now but its no where near the potency that the other stuff was. The high was hard to explain - all I can think of to say is its like your brain is a projection movie and when I came down it happened hard and fast [maybe someone was messing with mutant weed because it looked a little bit different to a normal bud - naturally powdery with no large leaves at all in a 6" chunky bud - it kiefed up to a powder easilly also].

 

I was happy to smoke tainted weed when I was young and dumb but I cant handle it anymore - especially in the long-term.

 

I used to be able to get primo bush but some friends fucked that up for me behind my back.

My wild shit came from SA. I bought it in Cloundra, Your in WA I thin from memory, so the best chance, if indeed we smoked the same grass, was it if came from a very large grow in the evil SA (jokes, just jokes SA ites. I'm just jealous of yer situation).

 

Whatever it was, it was wild, and potentiallydangerous to ya mind, if u persisted smoking iot when ya shouldn;t have.

 

It was white, but it was 6 inch long, and very tight. Would crumble to dust almost , just by fingers doin the mulling up. It never needed sizzors. I always rolled race horse joints, and kas and I, who I swear have injected crops and crops of grass, couldn't finish a racey because we got do tripped out. It was wild.

 

I only once in 20 odd years smoked similar, and it was from a bunch of kiwis, growinh what they reckoned was just local kiwi weed.

 

I hope to get some kiwi green seed in the furute, i hope it does the number that was done on me, when I was just 17 or so. I still relemer that stuf as the strongest weed I ever smoked, (except for this mystery weed, it may be equal).

 

But hell, this kwiw bush bad was killer smoke. The chick that scored it for me was charging 180 a bag, when I was 17, that was 20 years ago. The closest bags at that time to her were 110 a bag. but they had seed, and stalk, theres were clean, and sinsemmela, an unusual find inmy old day times. Grass without seed...how idd they do it...

 

Anyway, Maybe if I can grow the kiwi green next season i'll let u know if it's dangerous mind fuck too.. I could tell stories of weird shit while under the influence of that stuf.

 

Any Kiwiws here....does that kiwiw green sound like what i'm saying?

Nah Im from QLD and it was locally grown according to the guy who got it. It had a peculiar smell too and even that would freak me out but then that reaction could have been because I knew what it done to a person. I honestly put it aside sometimes but I went 2 ways in about 10 quarters over a few months because it was easy to get and it was fun to have weed that scares the shit out of a heavy smoker.

 

I could spot it if I seen it again because Im a connoseur so remember taste, texture, look, smell etc [although its becoming hard to do this - chemical exposure from my jobs]. I would be interested in seeds from it but it would only be to make sure it was marijuana to ease my mind - Id probably compost most of it [nah Id pass it around if it was real weed - I couldnt smoke this stuff]. Actually Id recognize it by look alone!

I got mine in Qld too. Caloundra in fact. And the young fella selling it may have been lieing to me about it being from SA. He's just a real young fella I know the parents of. Since he went to Caloundra to take up dealing, a friend o fmine (another frind of his parents) have bought a bit of grass from him, as an excuse to see how he is, as his parents wont speak with him.

 

So he charges an arm and a leg. 360 or 380 for the bag I mentioned, and it sounds very similar to what you mentioned. When I describe it, i get told it was mouldy.

 

Problem withthat, is I've been buying/selling/growing this stuf as long as I can remeber (no more selling), and I know what mouldy dope is. But more than that, mouldy dope looses it's potency, and this stuf has lost none of that .

 

Mine, from memory was actually a tad white, and tight, and crumbly. It was weird shit alright. I'm positive it wasn't "tainted". I think it was jst the grass.

 

If u do ever buy anymore of it, and can get a name, or a supply of seed, let me know will ya mate? i'd buy some from you. If you had some to sell of course.

I doubt Ill ever see it again - this was about 8 years ago or something. Back when Blue Heelers was on TV [score day - heh].

 

Yes some people may think it may have been mouldy even when looking at it as it was powdery - I know it wasnt also and only suspected it was tainted because it was so trippy. I split for quarters and Im sure the ounces were 360 but we were lucky to get the quarter as it was usually 1-bud 50s. The tiny leaves which had very light-coloured veins [maybe where you get the white colour?] tended to be curled into the bud and the bud was lime green [unique!].

 

Sometimes I get bud that looks like it but its not as white and limey but it has a similar effect albeit not as strong [lately]. I almost had a plant of this one going but she passed away - it wasnt super-weed seed though just average but a bit trippy.

 

Its a small world so you never know - could be the same weed we smoked and maybe even from the same plant at some time.

 

Caloundra is familiar but I have no idea if Ive ever scored weed that came from there. I rarely ask about weed unless Im smoking a lot of fine weed.
