Just watched it on Channel 7:

 

I couldn't really see how the guy died from cannabis--> the story from the mother's perspective was pretty disjointed.

 

Could have been killed by alcohol: why blame the herb superb?

 

Katelaris came out looking great however: strike that up as another victory for the people in the War on Drugs!

Don't just post your objections here, send a reply to today tonight and other channel 7 shows like Sunrise, Lets get these issues debated in the national media and try to change some of the myths and stereotypes

If the page had a feedback line Id reply but they dont and I cant be bothered phoning up someone to tell them about my history of heavy drug use.

 

I do agree with some of that story BTW. Hydroponic plants probably do have some strange chemicals going into it [not personal hydro but commercial] which makes it dangerous. I have had some bad reactions from hydroponically grown weed so Im not debating that all marijuana is safe. I have smoked spiked [mushies, pcp and some unknown powdery drugs] marijuana before and have had some bad experiences also.

 

Blaming marijuana is obviously wrong but the poor guy probably wasnt smoking pure marijuana [bush buds have never caused a bad reaction for me].

 

At one stage I was getting hydro weed that was so potent it scared me to smoke it but I scored it for a few weeks until I decided to stop [it was quality but I know it wasnt marijuana that made me feel weird - it was a very jumpy-euphoric feeling with some paranoia if you could imagine it - heh].

 

Also, some good strains give withdrawal symptoms because theyre very potent - correct me if Im wrong.

I agree with you totally WB but it is not as dangerous as alcohol, imo, so why should it be illegal?.
