OLDDAVES, BRISBANE 2011- 2012 GROW

Recommended Posts

i would repot them into the soil ev mentioned above, removing as much of the previous potting mix as you can without damaging the roots,

sounds like its a bad batch or something.i have had similar problems before, without really knowing what the reasons are, a repot and some seasol has never done me wrong.

G'day Dave.

Looking at the pics it seems to me you have used too much fert. They should be still on water only. Ev's right about the potting mix, it looks like a wood heap, chips and logs and such. I use a premium rose potting mix, the recipe is at the front of my grow diary, where I come out for round 2. It works a treat.

Yes, changing to Searles and some perlite for aeration would be the best thing you could do. you won't have to add anything else till end of flower, maybe some potash at the start of flower.

PNG Gold, I've heard a few people talk about it but have never tried it, had some seeds coming once that were left behind after a session from a friend working on an oil rig in PNG. I'm not sure whether it's a real strain or leftover Cambodian/Thai seeds from westerners that have flourished in the climate.

Will be interesting to see the results Dave. Good luck with the grow.
