Carbon filter brands

I recently bought a new carbon filter, after some comments from neighbours...

 

I ordered a mountain air brand, but the one they sent was indoor elements

 

Are these 2 seperate brands or does indoor elements make mountain air filters??

 

basically I feel they have sent me a cheaper, crappier brand

Heya Pleb, check on the box, if it says "uses "Recycled Active Carbon" thats the crap ones.

....... Actually mate, just Guggled it for ya. They are good man, Carbon comes from Collie in WA, not recycled and as long as it looks sturdy after that , they all same / same . They have the same shaped badge as the old Mountain Airs, cause I got a Mountain air here, so maybe IE took over Mountain Air and just re-named em. Assimilation...... . Peace. Gh72
